Vesuvius might be the most infamous volcano in Naples, but it isn't the largest, or the most active.
 
Campi Flegrei is massive - it's crater is eight miles across, and it has a history of immense, destructive eruptions.
 
Worryingly, their are signs that it is becoming increasingly active.
